This page lists everything octopod.productions stores on your device, what it is for, and how to change your mind. It sits under Art. 43 of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act (Zakon o elektroničkim komunikacijama, NN 76/22, 14/24, 45/26) and the GDPR.
We use no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. Only two things are stored: your cookie choice, and Google Analytics if you accept it.

The analytics cookies are only ever set **after** you press Accept. Until then Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode and stores nothing on your device.
2. Why your choice is stored without asking
Art. 43(4) of the Electronic Communications Act exempts storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Remembering that you rejected analytics is exactly that: without it we would have to show the banner on every page, and could not honour the refusal. It stores a single value — accepted or rejected — and nothing that identifies you.
3. Consent
The banner offers Reject and Accept with equal prominence, and nothing analytics-related runs until you choose. Declining costs you no functionality — the site works identically either way.
4. Changing your mind
- Use **Cookie Settings** at the bottom of any page to bring the banner back.
- Clear site data in your browser to remove everything this site has stored.
- Install Google's opt-out browser add-on to block Analytics everywhere.
